Mr Wellington Mutikani completed his higher Diploma in SAAA(Southern Africa Association Accountacy) and also obtained a CPA (Certiied Public Sector Accountancy of Zimbabwe). He then moved on to do a Post Grad Diploma in Public Management with National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and he finally did a Master of Commerce in strategic Management with Great Zimbabwe University (GZU). In terms of his career he was first employed at Karoi Town Council as an accountant and he was promoted the same year to the post of the Director of Financial Services, a post he held up to 2016. He was then appointed Acting Town Secretary after the departure of former Town Secretary Mr M.D.S Kaitano who is now the Town Clerk for Chinhoyi Municipality. Three months ago he became a substantive Karoi Town Council Secretary.
